To participate in the AC Quality Care Rebate Program, your customers must:

• Have electricity distributed by PG&E to the installation address
• Live in a single family home or duplex (no mobile homes, condominiums or apartments)
• Have either a central air conditioning system or central heat pump system that is over one year old
• Reside in California Climate Zone 2, 4, 11, 12, 13 or 16
